What time is reception open?

Our reception is currently closed and we are operating a self check-in process. We will send a payment link via SOTpay prior to your arrival and payment must be made in advance.

What time my apartment will be ready for check-in?

Your apartment will be available for check-in from 3pm. If you are arriving early or would like a later check in time please contact us.

An early check-in is sometimes possible, but needs to be requested in advance. In some cases, you may be required to pay. However if you are our Rewards Club Member, we will try our best to check you in as early as possible without any extra charges.

Also, if your reserved apartment type is available at the time of your arrival, we will certainly check you in straightaway. 

Otherwise, we can store your luggage until your apartment becomes available. Alternatively, if you are arriving very early in the morning or to have a guaranteed early check-in, you can reserve the night before. (subject to availability and charges). We highly recommend that you contact our reception team to let us know your arrival time in advance on 01179544800 or [email protected] 

Do I pay a security deposit for my apartment?

Yes a security deposit of £250.00 per apartment will be requested on check in. This deposit is refundable on check-out but part of, or the full amount may be retained if the management deems necessary following damage or noise complaints. 

What should bring with me for check-in?

If you have prepaid for your apartment we will require on check in to see the card the payment was made with. If the card cannot be supplied, we ask that you provide an alternative pay method and the amount will be refunded. For EU citizens we also require photographic ID; for residents outside the EU a copy of your passport will be required on your arrival.

Where should I bring my keys on departure?

Please drop the key in post box number 1 on the ground floor in the same building you stayed.

What time should I check-out?

Check-out time is 11am. If you like a later checkout time please contact us(additional charges may apply).

Do you accept group bookings?

If you are reserving 3 or more apartments for your party please contact us.

Which form of payments do you accept? 

Apartment payment is taken on arrival by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners) or debit card.

Please be aware that we do not accept Union Pay cards for deposit payments.

Can I pay in cash? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments at Cabot Circus for security reasons. You may pay in cash at our Redcliffe reception for your apartment in Cabot Circus if you wish. Please note that we require £250 security deposit for each cash payment.

Can I receive an invoice for my stay?

Please contact reception should you wish to receive your invoice. We do not issue VAT invoices prior to your departure. 

Can I pay for somebody else’s reservation or on behalf of somebody?

Please contact reception prior to arrival and we can organise this for you.

Where can I park? 

Unfortunately, we do not have any parking at Cabot Circus.

I have a complaint, what can I do? 

Please contact our main reception in Redcliffe on 01179 544800, alternatively please call our 24 hour emergency number if your complaint is urgent.Do the apartments accommodate people with disabilities?

All public areas are wheelchair accessible and the lift serves all floors. A hearing aid induction loop is fitted at reception.

Are the apartments pet friendly?

Pets are welcome in our suites for all extended stay guests (excess of 28 consecutive nights). Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. Guide dogs are permitted in the apartments. Find out more about our Pet Policy.

Do the apartments have internet access?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available at PREMIER SUITES Cabot Circus.

Is WI-FI protected with a password?

Please refer to Guest Directory available in the apartment.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on our cancellation policy page or on your confirmation email.

How will my details be used?

We process the personal information which you provide us via this website and collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment cards used. This is for the purposes of dealing with your bookings and requests, tailoring our services to your requirements, providing you information about products and services we offer and to improve our services. Do you have smoking rooms?

PREMIER SUITES PLUS Bristol Cabot Circus is non-smoking facility. 

Can I have guests in my apartment?

You may have guests until 10pm. Please note no parties are permitted. Our security team has the right to escort all guests off the premises.

Do your bathrooms have a bath or shower?

Bathrooms in Cabot Circus are en suite with fantastic showers over the bath except 2 apartments with walk in showers. 

Can I have an extra bed?

We do not provide extra beds however we have Z Beds (additional £10 per night) for children under 12 years old and cots for babies. Please contact reception prior to your arrival to arrange this. (Subject to availability).

Do all apartments have lift access?

We have 3 apartments without lift access. Please contact reception prior to your arrival ideally at the time of making your reservation if you need lift access and we will organise this for you accordingly.  

Are all apartments in the same building?

We have 4 buildings at Cabot Circus: Bakers House, Cutlers House, Meeting House and Quakers House.

Are the serviced apartments air conditioned?

We have a fan in each apartment and on request. We do not have air conditioned apartments.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes you can and we will happily store it for you free of charge

Which is the nearest airport?

Bristol International Airport

Bristol Temple Meads 

Taxis are available right outside the station.

We are located in the town center. Within 20 minutes walking radius, to Bristol’s most touristic sights.

If you booked directly with us you can contact us to modify your reservation.
