Your apartment will be available for check-in from 3pm. If you are arriving early or would like a later check in time please contact us.
An early check-in is sometimes possible, but needs to be requested in advance. In some cases, you may be required to pay. However if you are our Rewards Club Member, we will try our best to check you in as early as possible without any extra charges.
Also, if your reserved apartment type is available at the time of your arrival, we will certainly check you in straightaway.
Otherwise, we can store your luggage until your apartment becomes available. Alternatively, if you are arriving very early in the morning or to have a guaranteed early check-in, you can reserve the night before. (subject to availability and charges). Yes a security deposit of £250.00 per apartment will be requested on check in. This deposit is refundable on check-out but part of, or the full amount may be retained if the management deems necessary following damage or noise complaints.
If you have prepaid for your apartment we will require on check in to see the card the payment was made with. If the card cannot be supplied, we ask that you provide an alternative pay method and the amount will be refunded. For EU citizens we also require photographic ID; for residents outside the EU a copy of your passport will be required on your arrival.
Please drop the key in post box number 1 on the ground floor in the same building you stayed.

Apartment payment is taken on arrival by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners) or debit card.
Please be aware that we do not accept Union Pay cards for deposit payments.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments at Cabot Circus for security reasons. You may pay in cash at our Redcliffe reception for your apartment in Cabot Circus if you wish. Please note that we require £250 security deposit for each cash payment.

All public areas are wheelchair accessible and the lift serves all floors. A hearing aid induction loop is fitted at reception.
Pets are welcome in our suites for all extended stay guests (excess of 28 consecutive nights). Pets must be supervised at all times and must be on a leash in public places. Guide dogs are permitted in the apartments. Find out more about our Pet Policy.

PREMIER SUITES PLUS Bristol Cabot Circus is non-smoking facility.
You may have guests until 10pm. Please note no parties are permitted. Our security team has the right to escort all guests off the premises.
Bathrooms in Cabot Circus are en suite with fantastic showers over the bath except 2 apartments with walk in showers.
We do not provide extra beds however we have Z Beds (additional £10 per night) for children under 12 years old and cots for babies. Please contact reception prior to your arrival to arrange this. (Subject to availability).
We have 3 apartments without lift access. Please contact reception prior to your arrival ideally at the time of making your reservation if you need lift access and we will organise this for you accordingly.
We have 4 buildings at Cabot Circus: Bakers House, Cutlers House, Meeting House and Quakers House.
We have a fan in each apartment and on request. We do not have air conditioned apartments.
